Warm welcome walking in store, felt valued before even viewing anything, purchased a corner sofa, was walked through all the colour contrast, textures of materials, it was so good to speak to some one in person, get advice, was under no pressure for time, an over all enjoyable experience, thank you Susan and Jacqui
staff very helpfull nothing too much bother for them jacqui was easy to deal with and not put under pressure to purchase anything and when placing our order was very clear about time frames
Just visited the Irvine store - have bought a suite from them and other items before - never had an issue but 3 staff there and not one of them asked if I needed help - was looking for a dining table - poor customer service as I had walked round the shop twice
0 stars if allowed......... They will tell you what you want to hear take your money and guess what... leave you embarrassed. Read the reviews they are correct they over sell and under deliver. I was promised by the owner who knew my immediate situation as I needed to buy from a company who had a Three and two seat sofa set in stock as family were visiting in March. He had the three seater in the warehouse to deliver this week but will have the two seater ordered today and delived to me no later than mid February If I bought the set today, He would place the order order so as the two seater would be build immediately.This was around 28th December 2021. It's March now and been told he won't talk to me, they also claim he told me on the day I ordered the set there's an 18 week leed time on my sofa set hmmmm see my point why would I have entertained them if that was the case and spent over £2000. I would have shopped elsewhere as limited time on my hands as explained they wouldn't even help the situation by bringing me a display two seater until April when mine is built as a good will gesture. I think that would admit their poor practice and lack of customer service attitude. So if you choose to buy or pre order something get everything in writing not a smile and promise. Or better yet just dont buy from them in the first place to save yourself stress anxiety being let down or in my case embarrassment. P.s they don't accept returns either.
Staff are always very helpful and go out of their way to help you. Delivery personnel are also happy to help you. Keep up the good work.
Very helpful staff at the showroom. Customer service staff are a different story. My furniture arrived and was assembled, this I paid extra for. A few days later we discovered a fault under the table and it looks in my opinion to have been caused when it was assembled. I contacted customer service and they keep putting me off with excuses about the suppliers. A full month later I am still waiting to hear what they are going to do to rectify the damage. Update, it has now been 5 nearly 6 months since I bought the table and still not resolved. I will not give up. Update eventually we were given a new table after bringing in consumer advice to help us. Ig took us nearly 8 months to have the problem sorted. I will never buy from this company again.
I have spent thousands at the business over the years and I must have had a severe knock to the head as I keep returning.. but no more!! Items are never delivered on time, certain staff need Customer Service Training. I bought a mirror towards the end of last year, took weeks and weeks to be delivered and we have only just opened it to put on a new extension wall , however the builder said he wouldn't risk as it is way too heavy.. I appreciate I purchased this a while ago and I didn't ask for a refund I asked if I could have credit... something.. The answer was no .. very short sited as I won't be spending another penny in this overpriced place!!
