The cottage was amazing. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, fabulous views, large comfortable sitting area with a wood burning stove, which was not really needed as it has underfloor heating. Our family enjoyed the walks in the surrounding areas and the children liked the freedom of the land surrounding the cottage. Bit of a bumpy road to reach the cottage but not too bad and very close to West Linton, which can also be reached via the roman road. Would love to visit again.

Rented for a weekend June 2019. Used as a focal point for a family get together with the more far flung members staying at the cottage. Cottage spotless, extremely well equipped and exceptional public and outdoor spaces. Not to mention the views.... Thanks to the extremely welcoming owners
