   I went into the store after having lost some weight following an illness and needing new bras. I was at a total loss and everything I tried on seemed to be wrong in some way... step in Mercy! Despite having not booked a full bra fitting appointment Mercy could see I was lost and stepped in and patiently helped me find exactly the right shape and size, and then 3 different styles! I left so happy with my purchase and so grateful to Mercy for her time, care and attentiveness.

   No price tags on the unprocessed or cheaper option products. This happened consistently in the food hall. See photo attached as an example - there is no price tag for the chicken breast. The same items and brands you get in other supermarkets, are much more expensive here. See Tennents as an example, usually it's £1 per can. It's £14 for 12 cans at M&S. See photo as proof. Also messy and unpleasant as the food hall is in the basement. Avoid.

   For me as a non-UK citizen this supermarket is the absolute dream. Lots of original, creative, ready made food in all flavors shapes and sizes. Not the cheapest, but great value for money. I've seen lots of supermarkets all around the world, but M&S is my alltime favorite. Such a joy to shop here.

   Really good sized store with a large selection of clothing and food items. The staff are friendly. The only downside is the length of the line to pay as these are normally quite long, returns and purchases are done at the same tills so this can cause a hold up.

   This location is decent enough and found some good prices on undies and bras. The food hall as usual is in basement however the toilets are in the middle of food market in the far back. Strange place for toilets. There were ok fruits and nice veggies and a lot of chocolate assortment. Wish they carried more stuff of brands other than theirs.

   This is a great store situated in Princes Street near to Waverly Rail Station. It has floors dedicated to clothing for men and women. There is a food hall and large cafeteria. Lifts and escalators serve the four floors. Toilets can be found on the basement level as can the order and collect counter.
