Was in at Kirkcaldy retail park boots today to purchase items I showed my student I'd as per advertising and my boots card and was refused student discount shocking boot when you advertise 10% off and then refuse to give will not be going back to that store women very snooty and up herself if I could give 0 I would.
I went to Boots pharmacy to hand in my sons Gluten free prescription form and was served by two rude members of staff (a blonde polish lady and man in his 20s) who had no clue what to do with it, and told me they aren't taking any more gluten free orders so go elsewhere! I ended up at Dears pharmacy who were more than happy to help.
The employee refused to scan my cards because she claimed it wasn't mine. I received confirmation that it was my card from my online account and three documents, all in my name. The woman working the cash register, however, claimed I was lying and that it wasn't my card. I was labeled a card thief. The woman started shouting at me to leave the store. This constitutes racial discrimination. The employee refused to serve me because I'm not from the UK and started shouting at me to leave the store. In front of customers, the cashier shouted at me, "Shut up!" She refused to let me speak to another employee and the manager. Racism and discrimination
Boots pharmacy has been nothing but amazing for me being disabled it's always delivered by friendly polite efficient drivers i would prefer to be able to drive and collect myself however i appreciate everything that is done for me thankyou Boots
Insofar as the pharmacy customer service quality is concerned: a terrible experience, actually. But please don't take my word for it. Why don't you find out for yourself. Optimistically, the main store experience was contrasting. Staff were obliging; engaging; amiable and affable. Looking at previous reviews there are clearly no lessons being learned from feedback or improvements made to business processes there of. Best wishes G.
Truly awful pharmacy. Waiting times totally unjustifiable. Two of the staff members are particularly rude and condescending. But Elaine is by far the worst. Absolutely no people’s skills whatsoever. Has no business working with the public in any capacity. Not even presentable. It was a horrifying experience!
Joke of a pharmacy. Told today the computers are down which is fair enough but I was served by a very rude lady who was annoyed that I hadn't seen the sign on the front of boots saying the computers were down. Very rude, what happened to being kind. Learn customer service or get another job.
Boots Pharmacy was recommended as open Christmas Day, however ONLY if you don’t need any over the counter medicine for any ailments you make have over the festive period as Store Manager made decision not to open up the tills! Customers who visit will only be able to get prescriptions (no payments) although pharmacist was helpful she couldn’t sell me any medicine.!! Was trying to self medicate & not be another 111 or A&E statistic this Christmas, how wrong was I.
Always perfect here for getting all your toiletries under one roof. Staff are always polite and helpful here too if needed!!
