   What is it about Boots on Kirkcaldy High Street that they cannot open on time, its absolutely ridiculous. They advertise as opening at 9.00am but it's never 9am , this morning it was after five past. These minutes can add on parking fees. They also seem to spend an age opening the doors that lead out to the Mercat. I don't see what's so difficult about opening on time, everyone else manages it.

   I was in this morning and was very impressed with 2 assistants sorry didn't catch their names. I couldn't upgrade my boots app therefore I couldn't access my vantage card. They could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Eventually one called customer service and all was resolved. Thank you

   Walked in and from the moment i walked in felt like i wa being followed. Then approached by staff and spoken to like j was going to shop lift. Terrible experience. I wish i took ypur name madam. 3rd feb 16:25.

   Worst pharmacy in town, if you want to pick up a prescription bring a packed lunch with you as you will have to wait an hour or so to even reach the counter only to be told it isn't ready yet.

   Perfume counters well manned but noone at the medicine counter. Saw 2 elderly women standing waiting, looking around for someone to attend to them joined them for a few moments before leaving. Not an exaggeration when I say it was 5min wait at least for the women before I left

   I contacted boots about home covid19 kits. Which they had none left. Boots is great for different shampoos. They sell makeup . And also hair styling products like hair tongs and hair dryers. Toothpaste tooth brushes first aid kits . They also have a chemist part to the store.
