    Orderd a disability buggy on July 2nd. Still nothing has arrived. Email reply after a week now I’ve been blocked and their website is now missing. Gone through bank. Just been informed they tried to take the payment again on more than one occasion. Thankfully this is blocked due to my complaint. Absolute scam company. Avoid at all costs.

    How Glasgow City Council or the SSPCA, if the latter is even aware of its existence, are allowing this business to operate in its current state, is unfathomable. The whole place is a bomb site and we felt that the parrot in the small cage within the premises was distressed. My family and I left with heavy hearts as animals deserve better than this. It's also sad because as a young boy I remember this being a thriving business that also sold puppies. Edited 02.08.25... Passed by today and noticed a sign on the door advising "Closed due to ill health". Whilst I wouldn't wish I'll health on the owner, this can only be a good thing for the animals that resided there in recent times.

    Wouldn't bother. Not often I trash a shop, but ive been waiting over a month for a delivery. I chased after 2 weeks and received an email back fairly quickly, reasuring me it was about to be sent. That was the last I heard from them. Chased again, and looks like my email address has been blocked from both of their listed addresses. Had to resort to a claim back from my bank as they have clearly no intention of sending my item. I saw the bad reviews, but figured I'd give them a chance. More fool me.

    This place is unimaginable. These poor animals are living in dirty cages when I was there, there was a fly and spider in the hamster cage, the birds look like they’re in prison. There were 5 budgies in one tiny cage. When I purchased my budgie there all my family could say was how we were thankful that the bird was out of that place. When I had selected the budgie one of the workers reached in and tried to grab it, failing he tried again and managed to pin it down and grab it. I stood there in complete shock. I have absolutely no clue how this place hasn’t been shut down yet. There in no chance in hell of me returning I’m just glad I got to help one bird but the guilt I feel for the rest of them is consuming.

    This shop is a nightmare show. These poor, poor animals. Everything is absolutely filthy. The birds, the fish, the turtle — all of the animals are living in absolute squalor and conditions so abhorrent it’s nothing short of animal abuse. Walking into this shop is like walking into an animal hoarder’s home. I left feeling sad and gross. I hope someone helps those animals and holds the shops owners responsible.

    This shop is now great pets are well looked after shop has been scrubbed up well, I bought a Syrian hamster last June and he is thriving the shop was bad at one time but not now people should leave that in the past as it has vastly improved it’s standards. And care of the animals

    Disgusting, dirty horrible little pet shop, cages and tanks were unsuitable and animals looked extremely unhappy. 4 large adult rats to a tiny cage with no toys or areas to hide from direct light. Birds kept in tiny cages and covered in filth. Owner(s) should be stripped of their right to keep and sell any animals. Will be logging complaints with the SSPCA and the council.

    Has an excellent selection of birds and marine life as well as other pets which vary depending on when you are lucky enough to pop in. Also has everything else you would need to buy to give your new pet/addition to your family a great quality of life; vast array of foods, feed bowls, water bottles/bowls, treats, toys, pet homes and beds galore as well as breeding equipment, the list goes on... Brilliant shop and really knowledgeable and friendly staff. If you love the animals of this earth, you’ll love this place.
