   Excellent Service - Great Team - Very Helpful to the DIYer Owen and his team were brilliant at helping me (non expert - just a DIYer) with my fascia's, soffits and guttering needs for my building project. I priced up with an online only company but found that their stock was coming from Eurocell anyway and so I went to the shop. They were able to offer me a very competitive price and delivery at a time that was convenient. Where I needed extra bits I went back to store and the whole team were extremely helpful. Shout out to Steve and Sam who also provided great support and assistance. On one occasion an item was delivered faulty (slightly warped length of drain pipe) and so they changed it out quibble free - try doing that with an online company! If you are in the Bath area and need great products for your roof, deck or anything of that nature (and great support) then get down there and I'm sure they will help.

   They foolishly hired a convicted thief Malcolm. to be their manager, do a criminal record check, you’ll see. He stole thousands in credit card fraud and was the reason the Wickes showroom had to close as they could not recoup the losses. I heard through the retail management grapevine he was fired from Leekes for the same thing, most furniture stores and building merchants know each other.. He is a despicable person who will run down your business and steal from you, mark my words, you have been warned.
