   Used to be good and helpful. However now there is a £10 minimum spend on cards and you cannot pay cash. Also been several times over the last months to try and get bits and bops for a car restauration. The personnel do not seem to go the extra mile anymore to sort you out. Internet it is then!

   Needed 4 pieces of aluminium to block plastic vents in my shed, which rats had eaten through. Supplied them cut to size and so cheap I had to buy other items to make it up to the minimum card payment. Great job.

   An AK&B vehicle collided with our house after the driver ignored signs warning of limited access. A whole week later and AK&B are still ignoring our requests for details of their driver's insurance. We've contacted the Police. Fingers crossed the driver was actually insured but who knows... Update: More than 3 weeks have now passed since this vehicle hit our house. AK&B are still ignoring our request to provide details of the driver, proof that she was insured to drive the vehicle or details of their policy. They are just blanking us. Police are involved.

   It is unusual to find a business like this in the middle of a city like Georgian Bath, they are metal merchants, iron mongers, they sell everything from lenghts of chain to Rsj' s..steel plates...iron bars, fastenings, decorative bits and pieces, nuts bolts and brackets....the customer service is excellent the staff are knowledgeable and helpful....
