Spoke with Ella on the phone today, she was very helpful in giving me some rates per m2 for a couple of Chauncey's products. Getting an indication of rough costs per m2 can prove difficult with many suppliers but Ella was brilliant and supplied them over the phone with no trouble at all!
Chauncey's are hands down the best in the business. They supply the most beautiful, high quality wooden flooring and they are really passionate about their products. On top of that, their service is next level. We worked with Nina to design our floor, she offered expert opinions and managed to get us to reach a decision with the skill of a marriage counsellor! We had a small set back with the stain formula changing before our floor was supplied, and Ian, the MD, personally visited us with customised alternatives that matched our original vision. He even gave me the chance to see the final boards in production to be confident we were fully satisfied with our order. We are not a high profile or prestigious client like some you can see on their case studies, but our small residential order was treated with a level of care and thoughtfulness that made us feel like VIPs. Thank you to the whole team for bringing our stunning floor to life.

We have been thrilled by the results of our re modeled staircse by Chaunceys. We wanted to cover the stairs with a Chauncey wooden floor to blend in with the flooring in the hall, removing the lip on the old staircase to give a more contempoary look. This was quite a complicated job and we have been so pleased with the technical attention to detail, expert fitting, wide choice of wood colour/finishes and very friendly customer service. I cannot recommend Chauncey's highly enough. I used Chaunceys for a significant renovation project on my own property. Their range of products was expansive, with both modern and classic finishes/styles available. The finished product (vintage grey herringbone) looks amazing. It is a constant source of positive comments when anyone visits us. The customer service, advice (and patience!) both pre, during and post installation was also exemplary. There were some quite significant delays during the project which Chaunceys worked around without fuss. All in all, brilliant to work with. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use again.
We are a professional company speacialising in high end domestic and commercial refurbishment works. We have purchased flooring all over the uk including the internet and it never seems to quite live up to expectation. We have recently finished refurbishing an exclusive Cotswold hotel and the flooring from Chaunceys is the best we have ever used. It actually fits together properly! We have saved considerably on installation costs and the client is delighted with the finished product. Communication and admin contact have been excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We needed a finish that looked a little different and their 'Vintage Oak' is perfect. We will definitely be using Chaunceys for all our flooring in the future.
This company specialises in timber flooring. I chose engineered oak boards to replace my floor, destroyed by death watch beetle and to be compatible with under floor heating. While not cheap, their craftsmen are skilled and helpful. The end result is excellent.
I had a wonderful experience dealing with Chaunceys to buy a floor for my kitchen. Extremely helpful and professional staff, especially Rob, the sales person we dealt with. I got some really good neutral advice and was very well supported through the whole process. Apart from Chaunceys products being far superior to most other flooring places, their customer service alone is good enough reason to go with them. Would recommend to anyone.
