   The design process with City Plumbing went well and we generally enjoyed the experience. When it came to delivery and fulfilment of the order the toilet has incorrect parts and it was frustrating process trying to get a replacement delivered. We ended up having to pay the plumber to come back at a later point to install the toilet which incurred extra cost. I can't really recommend City Plumbing based on the experience, and in hindsight would choose to go elsewhere.
