   Rude staff with painfully low intelligence. Returned a pair of jogging bottoms I bought my son at another store the day before. I Was in Bath so thought I would hit two birds with the one stone and return there. Lady with dark hair and glasses on the till (sat 31st) was incredibly rude loudly proclaiming that they shouldn’t have to take clothes as they have loads of them at the back and apparently they lose money. I replied the receipt states I could return the item, they are new with tags. She kept loudly arguing and involved a large male employee who equally grumbled while processing the refund. Basically got had ago at for no reason other than the company not managing stock. It was so embarrassing bad that i walked out the shop and burst out laughing at how petulant grown adults can be.

   Me and my partner do part of our food shop here every week. Yesterday we were accused of stealing for putting stuff in one of them £1 reusable bags they sell instead of using a basket. Never been an issue before and the way this one staff member went about it was ridiculous and humiliating. If we were stealing, we certainly wouldn’t be stupid enough to put £20 worth of food in our bag right in front of staff members. Very disappointed and upset. Will not be returning.

   So many options to choose from although lately the choices have started to dwindle. Also some of the items take really long weeks or months to reappear on the shelves. Good place to buy a wide range of cheap items still.

   Limited range of products compared to other branches. Lots of the fixtures are often empty and on my last visit I couldn't get most of what I went in for. Friendly staff though.
