   I purchased a toy car from this shop yesterday. Although the remote initially worked well, I had to return it today due to issues. The staff exchanged it, but their attitude during the process was not very welcoming, which was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, the replaced car is also not working properly. When I went back in the evening, the shop was closed. I feel I have wasted two days, but more than that, I am hurt by the staff’s behaviour. I hope they improve their customer service and product quality. However, I returned again and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received from Tom and Steffy. They were both incredibly helpful and attentive, especially Tom, who went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Thanks to them, I’m now satisfied with my purchase and really appreciate their effort. It’s reassuring to know the shop does care about its customers. I hope to see this level of service continue. Highly recommended!

   Went to Bath today 8th December, I know it’s Sunday but 2 weeks to Christmas to find it closed I was shocked. Bath Market in full swing, the rest of the shops open. The one shop I wanted to take our Grandson in to choose his Christmas present was closed, the fact of there being hardly any toy shops in Bath did not help.

   Not a bad toy shop in the lower end of Bath city centre. Plenty of toys and board games in stock. My 3year old loves this shop. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially on Bakugan. They don't sell Pokemon or Harry Potter stuff here though which is a shame

   Huge selection of toys of varying she's and budget. Shelves are stacked very high, which makes it feel quite clostrophobic. Place to come for your branded standard toys.
