We stayed here for one night, it was really lovely. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. They even put in extra heaters to ensure it was warm. The breakfast was fantastic, specifically the avocado on sourdough. Very pleased, thanks for a lovely stay.

We stayed here after a day at longleat. Exceptional for the price - food was lovely, drinks divine and room was amazing! We had the suite with the roll top bath. Woke up feeling refreshed and enjoyed a full English. We will return next year when we visit Longleat again.

We had a lovely family Sunday lunch at The Redan Inn today, and it couldnβt have been better. The pub itself has such a cosy, welcoming atmosphere, the kind of place where you instantly feel at home. Itβs beautifully kept, dog-friendly, and perfect for a relaxed afternoon. I had the chicken ballotine roast, which was absolutely delicious. It was tender, full of flavour, and a real step up from your standard roast. The portion size was just right, and everything on the plate was clearly made with care. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, which really made the experience even more enjoyable. If youβre looking for a proper Sunday roast in a warm, welcoming pub, The Redan Inn is definitely worth a visit. Weβll be back soon!

Stayed here for 4 nights using it as a base to visit Bath, Wells and Cheddar. The location is ideal and all the staff are very friendly and professional. We ate in the pub for all 4 nights and my wife and I ate different items from the menu. The food for each meal was excellent. There is a very talented chef here! The room included breakfast which was also excellent. Highly recommended staying here or coming to eat here.

We stayed at the Redan Inn as a base for our two day trip to Bath. The inn is about 30 minutes drive from the centre of Bath which was very convenient and worked for us. We stayed in the room at the top of the inn which was large and spacious with a beautiful bathroom - a lovely freestanding bath and double width shower. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds were soft - we had a good nightβs sleep. The breakfast choice is good and cooked fresh to order which was great in the morning. We also had dinner here on one night and were very impressed with the quality of the food - for a very reasonable price! The second night we tried a different restaurant and were very disappointed in comparison with the food at the Redan. The pork belly and the Eton Mess gets a particular shout out! All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely outdoor space to eat and drink in when the weather permits, with fairy lighting which is lovely in the summer. The parking is right behind the inn which was very convenient and felt more secure than roadside parking. Would 100% recommend and will be returning - thank you!

A very good place to relax. The room had such an incredibly atmospheric decor. These oldies were amazing. An old scale, a machine for making and buying cigarettes (the first time I saw such a device), an old safe, an old climate lamp and a wooden trunk, all amazing

Nice pub with great seating area and friendly atmosphere. Food is very good and there is a good selection of drinks. Rooms are nice and cosy could do with the odd repair. Only negatives are the towels are small and the heating didn't come on when I stayed so the room got a bit cold.

Stopped here for lunch again. Have eaten here frequently in recent years and it's a charming country Inn. The interior is nicely decorated with comfy chairs, and even a sofa facing the log burner! Lunch menu is more limited than dinner but still good choices and meal for 2 with drinks was Β£40. Staff were lovely and the regulars always say hello too! Try it. There are also lovely walks nearby, a great garden and easy parking.

Exceeded expectations. Great food, great staff team, beautiful clean room and greeted with a smile. I will certainly booking the Redan Inn again. The care and consideration taken in every aspect of the stay with them was exceptional. Amazing fish and chips. Portion size was immense. Thank you team !

Staffed mainly by teenagers who are polite enough but not well trained. Very basic dishes took over 30 minutes to arrive. Presented with bill and told it included 10% service charge which we could opt out of, which to me, seems a bit rude.
