   Ok for an overnight stop but it is basic. Clean and tidy but from my experience bring a toilet roll. There was barely half a roll in our room!!!

   Visited for a friends party. Thought the room was decent and good selection of drinks. They were sharing a card machine with another part of the building which caused some delays. Food was standard buffet fair.

   Clean crisp linen and white fluffy towels. Clean throughout and smelt lovely. Bathroom a tad tired but not an issue as spotlessly clean. Warm welcome from staff. Really quiet location but only 7 mins from Clevedon centre. Would def stay here again and superb value for money as well as exceeding expectations.

   We have just had a short break at Warren's Village. The chalet we had was lovely, clean and tidy. The bar was very nice the staff were very welcoming. We had a carvery in the restaurant and the meal was excellent and again the staff were welcoming. The staff in the reception were very nice and helpful. The cleaners and other staff around the place were polite. I enjoyed the bingo on Sunday evening and my husband enjoyed the fishing. Looking forward to the next visit.

   We called into the bar whilst visiting family at the site and founds the Sunday roast carvery was fantastic value. Staff all very polite and willing to help. Would fully recommend this to friends and family. Excellent value

   Peaceful place to stay, not far from town centre and sea front. Property clean and has all the basics including a bath. (not a shower person). Staff friendly. Nice breakfast.

   Stayed for a couple of nights, perfect stay, me and my partner used this as our base as we were on the go constantly! Great facilities in our double room, which was huge! Lovely staff would definitely stay again, great value for money.

   Nice big Superior room, but needs updating. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and by the end of our stay, we both had and still have bad backs. Mattress didn't have many springs and placed on a sheet of hardboard. The chairs need to be replaced as the seats were broken (no springs or support) and tears in the seat which meant you sit on the wooden frame. However, the food, service and staff were great. Friendly and helpful. In a very good location as we were visiting family in Nailsea and Cleeve. I would stay there again but they must do something about those beds

   Surprisingly good. All the staff very friendly and went out of their way to help. Food, although not my normal, was good, fresh, well priced. No complaints. Beds hard, understand why, but whatever you do, don't walk in and take a leap onto it. You will break or damage your back! Not joking! Friend did that in his room, couldn't walk properly for 3 days so I didn't in mine (thank you John for showing what not to do)! Pricing very reasonable. Rooms clean
