   We completed on the sale of our house in August 2025 and we can say that we were absolutely pleased with the services supplied by Bath Stone. From the initial meeting at our house where Hanna explained the process and carried out a valuation we felt at ease and knew we would be happy to instruct them to act on our behalf. Despite selling in around five weeks we were disappointed when our prospective buyers were unable to proceed. Leila, our negotiator was quick to put us at ease and then quickly find us another buyer. All through the process from selling to completion Leila kept us up to date with events, conversing with ours and our buyer solicitors and estate agent. The service continued after the move with a courtesy call a few days after to ask if there was anything further required. We would never hesitate to use anyone else in the future should we ever feel the need to market our house again. Thank you Leila and Hanna.

   My experience as the parent and guarantor of a student who was letting via Bath Stone was deeply unpleasant. They were incredibly unhelpful and rude on every occasion that I had to speak with them. Their attitude toward student tenants is borderline punitive and their unpleasant attitude to parents is completely unnecessary. You will also need to be prepared to be guarantor to all the tenants in the house due to their cynically exploitative tenancy agreements. You can't avoid them because of the limited housing stock in Bath, but brace yourself for a year of unease and heavy handed, rude communications.
