We've never been here as a family, this place always used to be a club but recently a family restaurant. I think it still has the old club feel with gabbling machines and a an open bar. The food was ok. Not bad for the price. Our waiter was attentive and professional. I'd recommend.
Great place for food, we ordered the jeera chicken, egg curry, schezwen paneer and also crispy bhajia. Everything tasted amazing, great combination of flavours, spice and good food portions. Will definitely be coming back. Atmosphere is okay as its a bar/pub and restaurant so drinks have to be ordered separately.
Great place for food on Melton Road Absolutely blown away by the food here! If you love a bit of a kick, just let them know – they're happy to customize the spice level, which is a fantastic touch. The main course curries are a true highlight, especially the Chicken and Paneer curries, both incredibly flavorful. And whether you're a vegetarian or not, you'll find the starters are top-notch. But seriously, the Garlic Naan? It's simply the best I've ever had! On top of the incredible food, the service is truly outstanding. A special shout-out to Sumit, who was wonderfully polite and genuinely made our visit even more enjoyable.

This isn’t about flashy decor or gimmicks—it’s about serious food. The chilli paneer was on another level, with just the right kick of heat, and the prawns were absolutely spot on—fresh, tender, and loaded with flavour. We had a decent-sized group, so we went for the large barbecue sizzler sharing platter, which you can see in the photos. Trust me, it was a feast worth remembering. The spices and flavours here are exactly what you’d expect from top-tier Indian cuisine. Fresh ingredients, bold seasoning, and generous portions—no shortcuts. It’s the kind of food that sets the bar for everything else. If you’re in Leicester and looking for authentic, no-nonsense Indian food, this is the spot.
Excellent service, staff who love to laugh and absolutely beautiful food. We love a bit of spice but that tends to come at the cost of less flavour in some places. NOT HERE, ITS PERFECT. All the flavour, elegant amount of spice that builds up over time. An all round delectable experience that tingles the taste buds. Thank Blue Peter!!!
This food is damn good. Tandoori mixed sizzler (boned) out of this world. If you want authentic, this is the place to go. Staff make you feel welcome and looked after, food is fast pace and top quality on both presentation and flavour. Prices are fair. WE WILL BE RETURNING!!
Went to eat in, terrible service and attitude from the waiters. When trying to order something more it seemed like they are doing a favour for free so did not bother. Returned half the meal and left.
3 of us went here ordered chicken tikka masala and was too sweet and cardoman flavours, lamb on the bone was a fatty mutton on the bone. If u like fatty meats and oliy curries this is the place for you. Prices are reasonable pints aren't too bad I will not be going back
Just had a meal here with my dad. Brilliant food. Proper nice sizzler. Service could have been better...The waiter keeps dissappearing to the kitchen but still deserves 5 stars! Thank you.
This is a bar and restaurant, had a great time here, food was really good. They also have an upstairs, with a pool table if you want to rent it out. We ordered chicken starters, curry and naan (garlic obviously ✨) In short - Good food and time
