   Ordered delivery last night. Came within an hour. Chips were stone cold, clearly cooked a long time before my order left the kitchen. Everything else was hot and very tasty. However, £12.95 for tandoori King Praws is scandalous considering the actual size of them and the portion, they were tiny and only four of them. I feel The Cinnamon Tree has dropped its standards significantly since more to their new establishment. In the future I don’t think I’ll return.

   My partner had a balti which was a little spicier than usual, but still really good. My chicken bhuna didn’t have any spice whatsoever. It was enjoyable but just very mild. Rest of the meal was really good. Naan was great too. Only other complaint is that the restaurant was quite cold. Other than that the rest of it was good, and staff were friendly too.

   We visited the restaurant on a Sunday the service we received was second to none. The staff were polite and attentive throughout our visit and nothing was too much trouble when we asked questions. We had an array of food during our visit all of which was flavoursome and beautifully presented. The buffet was also on during our visit but we chose to order from the main menu, there wasn't a wait of any sort when ordering and the timing between the starters and mains arriving was perfect. In fact we were asked if we were ready for our mains which was a nice touch. Overall it was one of the best meals we have had in a while, it's a lovely family run restaurant with food that packs a punch. If you like spice and good food then you won't be disappointed, I cannot wait until our next visit.

   Food was good. The issue was the length of time it took to get to us. It was clearly a very busy night, but it took an age for our drinks orders to be taken and made (20 plus minutes), we had to ask to order food as staff were then waiting on other tables and I think had assumed someone else had taken our order. After our starters arrived it took another hour and half for our mains. This did take a shine from our visit unfortunately. You can't take away from the quality of the food and it was really tasty but it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to have a starter, main and two drinks.

   We’ve been regulars at The Cinnamon Tree for years now. Each time we visit we’re welcomed with friendly faces and great customer service. The food is brilliant and the staff are so helpful. We’re never disappointed and nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff! Thank you for another great visit and we’ll see you soon.

   First up the food from here is fantastic. Best tasting curry in the area without a doubt. However the last couple of visits I’ve been waiting in excess of 30-45 mins at the drive through. This is after turning up at stated time. Not sure why this is suddenly an issue but it feels like they’ve simply forgotten to cook the food till I arrive. If they can get back to their usual efficiency it would be a 5 star review.
