   Huge H&M 2 floors , easy to get lost in. I found it very weird they don't have basket , cart or anything to hold your items while browsing there are literally hundreds of items in the stores and its a bit tiring lugging them all over the store . Easy to get overwhelmed with all the choices. Large changing room with seating. Cute home section. Love the kids section.

   Probably the one and only time I’ll review a clothes shop but an appalling experience at this place. 3 members of staff stood at the till but only 1 actually serving whilst there was a long queue for both the tills and self service. No acknowledgment whatsoever to any one who had been waiting for a long time, no acknowledgment of why 2 members of staff were stood chatting instead of assisting anyone. Finally get to the till after witnessing incredibly slow service for those in front of us and the help we received was apathetic, lethargic and judgemental. Please improve the speed of service and the quality of service.

   The Cardiff store is well stocked, with spacious changing rooms. It can get quite busy, so I tend to pop in towards the end of the day.

   Very nice atmosphere. Saw a girl with VERY NICE jeans. Not from H&M, as expected. Then bought some jeans, very nice. - carrots. A meal bought a nice leather jacket which she waw all day. Then complained about being hot. Silly. The second one of the day! Too much leather… Although, did see a 2 year old putting on makeup. Not appropriate had to take a point off

   Till operator (dark curly hair) ripped the tag off my shirt as I was handing it to return to her. I received the item yesterday evening and returned it this morning, and returned a matching skirt with it. She grabbed the tag as I was picking up the shirt and the paper ripped off the plastic tag and remained on the table. She denied having done it, and then tried to claim that it smelled like perfume and so she couldn’t have returned it anyway. I asked her to check CCTV cameras to prove that she had ripped the tag off, but she ignored me. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to the manager, who helped me to send the shirt to customer service. I am still in complete shock at what had happened, and in even more shock that somebody like this works here.
