   Absolutely horrible experience. Not for the collection, but the old man who owns the shop. He's obnoxious to talk to, and blatantly disrespectful for no good reason. He makes it sound like he's doing us a favour by letting us step into his shop. The young man is better, but he's rarely around. The collection is good, but be prepared for the arrogant, old shop-owner.

   I was trying on a hat and brought out my phone to check my reflection. The owner immediately snatched the hat off my head and ran to hide it in the back while saying, "we don't do photos, sorry" sarkily. It's a shame as these shops are a rare find. These are the same people who complain shops like these are dying as people only shop online, but they're the first to make you feel uncomfortable if your face doesn't fit. Maybe if I had a curly moustache and some suspenders things would have gone better.

   Been looking in every time I passed but never popped in. Made an effort to go up to cardiff today just for the shop. Gent was very helpful, I got what I was looking for and delighted with quality of the fedora! Gonna definitely be regular jaunt for more purchases I can tell you.

   I have been looking for somewhere to buy beautiful hats. As this is my new obsession. I used to always wear one when I was younger. Now I have found that hats still suit me, I found sourcing a good one hard work. Not any more! Hat's that are well made and will last a long time. The service is impeccable, the quality high and the selection will keep me coming back for a new hat as often as I can afford.

   Visit made to Hatts Emporium today, looking for a Fedora hat. Staff very helpful and had a wide selection of hats on display. There were no issues on trying them on, and no pressure to buy. Made my purchase and was given after sales advice on how to care for my hat. Very professional staff with a wide selection of Gentlemens attire. Recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality hat, and other accessories. Have previously purchased a Fob watch from them, great quality, and advice from on that occasion also.

   Always a treat shopping at Hatts. Both Stuart and Levi are well versed on men's fashion and always give killer advice on choosing something that suits your style. If you're looking for classy, vintage clothing or something unusual that the big retailers can't deliver, this is the place to go. Grabbed a great pair of trousers, a Harrington jacket and a classic pork pie hat today. Could have spent more quite easily. Don't miss this Cardiff Market clothing gem.
