   I had a really disappointing experience at the Menkind Leicester Highcross store yesterday around 3 PM. My wife and I came across a snack plate that was on a huge discount, so we went to the till to confirm the price. A young staff member (English guy) was really helpful and explained that the item was being discontinued, which is why it was on clearance. However, another staff member (Asian man with a beard, probably in his 40s or 50s) overheard our conversation and, without saying a word to us, went straight to the shelf, grabbed the last two plates, and took them to the till himself. At first, we thought he was just tidying up, but then we saw him buying them for himself. When I asked about it—since we were about to purchase them—he bluntly said that he had taken them for himself. Honestly, I was shocked. It just felt so unprofessional and unfair. As customers, we expect better from store staff, and this kind of behavior is just not okay. I really hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that staff treat customers with basic professionalism and respect. And if the person concerned happens to read this, I sincerely hope you take this as an opportunity to learn some manners..

   Colleague behaviour was very rude to the customer like I was looking for the product and 1 guy I don’t want to mentioned name he came to me as said that excused me You are blocking my colleague way next to the till in and out like seriously I was looking the product was drum musical stick it was next to the till , if he really thing customers are blocking the way why don’t they make some more space so customers can browse the product. Ridiculous customer service in Leiceter hi- cross

   Had a horrid experience in the Leicester store. Returned a faulty product with the 30 day limit and asked for a refund. Fault was intermittent and because the staff in store couldn’t get the fault to occur after 2 mins of testing they refused to refund. I had to sit on the counter to eventually leave with a store credit which really is useless to me. Avoid this company. The after care is not very good.

   Thank you to Gaynor (and the store manager) for being so genuinely lovely when I popped in to the store earlier today with my daughter (Louisa Faye Marie). Gaynor, you clearly have a fantastic way with children. You could tell, just by the way you spoke to her and got her to sign my receipt for something I'd ordered online, noticing she had two middle names and asking her what her full name was. She's only 8, but you spoke to her at her level, and made her feel very welcome in the shop. This is how all shop assistants should be x

   Nice looking store, they have a good range of products, however its a shame their anime range is limited. Prices are ok for what you are buying, I reckon you might be paying for the novelty aspect of the product more than the quality of it. Staff seem friendly, the music is usually loud but you can still converse to other people.
