   I went in and saw Abdi today, what an absolute gentleman, The whole team was super helpful and lovely, the shop was pretty great too, could stay in there all day. Especially with the new clearance section! They had some amazing stuff in there for a steal. Abdi helped us out a lot with getting some really decent kit for our freelance staff, and for a price we couldn't turn down. I think we'll be in this shop every week now. Massive thank you to the team.

   I’ve avoided Arco for many years as I’m not generally a fan of huge, faceless organisations and prefer to use smaller businesses. However, I’ve recently had a rethink as the manager of the Cardiff branch has proven himself to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to keep his customers satisfied. If more of their staff had similar attitudes then negative reviews would be a thing of the past...
