   The heatwave arrived and I’d left it late to be buying an electric fan. I rang Budd’s to ask if they stocked a specific tower fan that I wanted, and although they didn’t have it in the shop, (and I thought they’d leave it at that), they actually went to the trouble of finding out if they could source the product. They were able to do so by the following day. The impression I had was that my custom was important to them, which I really appreciated. Thank you Heidi and Budd’s.

   I was charged £80 for a call-out and labour, but the technician was only here for 10 minutes. He didn’t open the machine or carry out any proper diagnostics. I looked up the error code myself while he was present and based on that, he said the motherboard was probably faulty and advised replacing the machine. The technician was polite, but I don’t think the service justified the cost. If your machine is definitely fixable, it might be worth it, but if there’s any doubt, you could end up paying £80 just to be told to get a new one.

   Take your money. Rushed installation and If anything goes wrong. They dont care at all..Terrible after service. Will never buy here again. Response to my last review. First. We were told. And to quote. "We will call in when next passing."  It took until the 8th day you came out after making 3 calls. Only the after the 3rd call getting a reply as to when and what day. This after paying £849 for an item that was not fully functional. To top it off. After the said bulb was replaced. It blew again on the very next use. I had to purchase some bulbs and replace it again myself. So as for you being glad i will not buy from you again the feeling is definately mutual. Anyone reading this can decide if they had and item costing that much and go wrong 15 min after delivery. Also waiting 8 days to come and fix when it is only 5 min drive away. If they would have felt the same and would think it is good service. I think not.

   Friendly and knowledgeable service in store (we dealt with Julian). New fridge freezer delivered and installed with care. The two delivery chaps were very good, took care in transporting the appliance across the house and made sure that a slightly tricky installation was done completely and correctly. Didn't rush or hurry the process either. Definitely recommend Budd.

   Purchased a Blomberg fridge freezer from Budd Electrical Cardiff. All aspects of sale and delivery were absolutely outstanding. Purchase completed online. Questions were answered quickly, efficiently and politely. Delivery took place when expected. Delivery team were brilliant. Excellent quality product, sensibly priced. Very pleased with the whole experience.
