   We had a lovely lunch time meal in this authentically cooked Greek restaurant. The chef was Greek and his wife was British. She was excellent at front of house explaining the cooking process and ingredients and the chef came out to speak to us too. My mother had a beef stew she said it was really tasty. I had lovely mousaka with a greek salad. My daughter had an open gyros and my sister the dolmades. We all enjoyed our lunch and will return when we meet up again. The atmosphere was pleasant too in this relaxed cafe/restaurant.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 course dinner before heading over to the Riverfront to watch a show. I had village sausages and vegetarian Kefetedes, my husband had soup and beef stifado. All really flavoursome & delicious. The Greek house red was delicious too. A really lovely relaxed atmosphere, and we were made to feel very welcome. Great hosts. Thank you, we will be back.

   Wandering through Newport and saw this little restaurant, we stopped to look at the menu for a later visit... we were greeted with the most friendly lady who explained the menu and her husbands flavours with passion. We decided to stop for a little bite and were not disappointed! The food was full of flavour and the service was awesome, the lady took time to show us proper Cypriot coffee which tasted lovely too. We will definitely be back soon!!

   I ate a vegetarian cabbage( dark green spring green cabbage leaf ) roll ( like a traditional Greek grape vine leaf dish w/ eggplants,mushrooms,rice in ,but more like Polish cabbage roll ) & salad & omelet w/ vegan cheese there about a week ago ! They were very good ,yummy !! The couple own the place were super friendly & super nice !!!They made a mistake on my salad ,it was my fault,too as I didn't specify enough on what cheese I wouldn't/ couldn't eat ! But,the lady's husband remade the salad for me w/ o cheese immediately even though I said I'd just remove it .I went back there later ( on the same day ! )to get a slice of lemon blueberry sponge cake to go ! I am so ~glad I did it as it was so~good !!! And it was around £3.5 ? A decent price for a slice of a cake ,many places charge a lot nowadays !! I wish if I bought two slices !! Lol. A very vegetarian/ vegan friendly restaurant !! I highly recommend this place !!! They had a toilet inside ,too ! And it was very very close to the Friars walk bus station !! About 30 secods away ! Lol.A very convenient location &they had very good foods & desserts at affordable prices & great services !!! They were selling x'mas cards & 2023 calender with prints of Newport & Cardiff's paintings ,so on by a famous artist whose painting prints are hung on the walls at the Mercure hotel ( Chartist's building ) in Newport ! I ended up buying 2 x'mas cards ! It's a great place to meet up w/ your friends ,or dine in while waiting for your bus !! Which I did ! I am so glad that I did !! It's easy to spot this restaurant !

   A wonderful little restaurant/café in Newport city centre with a variety of culinary influences from across Europe. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff are lovely. Food is excellent, and the Greek coffee is definitely something to try. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
