Ordered and sat in to eat food & drink. My husband who is currently going through cancer treatment needed the toilet urgently. He approached a staff member who was outside the toilet as it was a coded door. She refused to give him the code despite us not being given a reciept which apparently had the toilet code on. She told him to join a long queue just to ask the guy at the till for the code. He desperately pulled out his cancer access card and she only then reluctantly told him the code. How ridiculous and embarassing as a customer and a cancer patient to have to go through this ordeal. Shame on you Costa Coffee!

A busy Costa serving a good mocha. It's on a busy retail park. Excellent service. Felt a bit like sitting in a bus station, it was cold and lacked atmosphere. WiFi worked well.

βββββ Jess was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful around my dietary needs, took the time to really listen, and made sure everything was handled properly without making it feel like a hassle. Her care, professionalism and calm, friendly manner made a real difference to the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what she does. Thank you, Jess β it was very much appreciated.

Horrible service we ordered a baby chino with marshmallows that came in a dirty cup and look disgusting and are cold then we ordered a caramel nutcracker latte with whipped cream and it looks nothing like it should so we asked them and they said the pictures are always fake and it will never look like the pictures, when we asked for more whipped cream as my daughter loves it they just walked a way, they were also doing it in a rude way and didnβt even care if we had our order. All tables are dirty and theyβve broke a few cups since there not careful. We were only there for 15 min since it wasnβt even worth eating.

I haven't been this cross in a while! I ordered 2 drinks and was told they didn't have any clean cups so they gave us takeaway ones...not a problem...We sat down and within 2 minutes we heard a man shouting the store is closing on 10 mins (this is at 17.50) the store opening hours are open until 11pm. The manager came over and said time to leave. I explained we had just got out drinks and we would drink them and leave and he stormed off. An Asian gentlemen came in and queued up to be told 'We are closed so won't serve you!' Another family came in and then got served. They were then told they could drink it outside. A very rude man came over and said 'You have to leave' I again said. You are meant to open till 11pm. I'll leave when I've drank my drink to which he then said....and I quote! 'I'm locking the door and if you don't leave I'll call the police'! I laughed and told him to jog on and feel free! I'll go when I'm good and ready and won't be rushed!

Good service; standard Costa drinks and food (+M&S sandwiches). The outside seating area is in the corner of the carpark so you inhale a mixture of cigarette and exhaust fumes, but if you sit-in this is an exemplary Costa.

I love this Costa. I sit in here for a few hours every week and get a good amount of work done on my laptop. The frappΓ©s are lovely, that's my go-to drink. The staff are very polite and always smiling. The toilet is clean and accessible to all. Lovely little coffee shop, highly recommend.

Visited the other day to meet a friend, always nice to sit in here as atmosphere is nice. Indoor and outdoor seating. Service is sometimes a little slow during lunch time hours and drinks food is a bit on the pricey side... Toilet facilities could do with regular checks as were looking extremely unclean!

Costa was as welcoming as ever. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Plenty of seats and a big car park. I have given 4 stars as the selection of food wasn't great today. The toilets could also do with cleaning more often. Overall Costa is always a place to enjoy a good coffee!
