Best Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s always a good coffee at Starbucks but the friendliness of staff is what separates this one apart. Katie and Mel could not have done more to make our stop a more pleasure one. These two lovely ladies should be highly commended for their outstanding customer service
I'm not normally a fan of Starbucks in truth but wanted a coffee while I waited for someone. Service was the most friendly I've ever had at a Starbucks, hence the 4 star when I normally would give a 3 to a Starbucks. Coffee as always is "meh"
I had a cappuccino, and it was way overpriced for what it was. Nothing special about the taste or presentation—definitely not worth the money.
I visited today and I met Katie and Mellisa. They were fantastic, great customer service, very polite and friendly. I will definitely come back if I will be in this area and I can highly recommend it. Thx guys Michael
Lovely Starbucks, light and airy with plenty of room and seating space. Staff very nice, particularly Jon, who is always so lovely and helpful whenever I come in, his smile and cheery manner brighten my day!
Nice coffee shop. Not much seating at the moment due to covid but great if your passing and want a coffee.
Outlet within Village Hotel. Small but has most of the usual range. Tables partly within large hotel foyer.
Went through drive through this morning. Only ordered a tea, white with sugar and white coffee. Repeatedly got my tea wrong, when finally got the tea correct they left tea bag in when clearly in a car what the hell am I suppose to do with a tea bag! No apology what so ever for the prices charged its shocking... oh and I've driven off and my husband white coffee we asked for is black!!!!! Really not happy and disappointed, 2 simple drinks and cant even get them right!
Coffee was nice. Hygiene was shocking. Watched one lady sweep the floor and then use the same brush to sweep off the tables! And the area by the sugar. Before going back to sweeping the floor.
Small then any other but very efficient in service. On good weather we get coffee outside where is plenty of room and dogs friendly.
