    My partner and I had booked flu jabs in the Lloyds Pharmacy in Whitchurch. I called in the Penlline Rd branch as I couldn't remember whether I had booked in the Penlline Rd or Whitchurch Village Branch. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and told me while we hadn't booked at his branch, the Whitchurch branch had had to close early but he had some spare vaccines and he could give us our jabs. We were very grateful as we'd have had a wasted journey and would have had to rebook. Thank you for being so helpful
