   Very empty which was great for me as usually I go to the same shop up the road in Mcarthur Glen which is always packed. No one pestering me or having to do the 2meter dance to avoid people. The shop assistant when I needed to check shoe sizing was fast and very polite.

   This is undoubtably the worst branch I have walked into. I came in today 22/07/17 with my 3 year old daughter to get trainers for myself,my daughter and two step sons. I waited 20 minutes for someone to serve me when I eventually approached a lad who worked there who was wandering about trying to look busy enough to avoid actually being asked to do anything for anyone in the shoe department. I asked could he get a me shoe size please and received a response of yea give me a minute. I waited another 10 minutes and seen him go over and serve somebody else. My frustration was beyond belief and well let's just say thank god my daughter was with me. The person was a chubby lad with glasses. If you don't like your job buddy don't work there. When I'm planning on spending £150 on shoes I want a good service not to be palmed off and being made to wait in a store that's empty! In the end walked out as the customer service I received was appalling! Crazy to think ho much money that lad costs the company just because of his attitude.
