    We hate leaving our schnauzer as she doesn't like being left but we felt very confident that she would be well looked after by the nice people at this kennel - they seem really to care about the dogs, they were very friendly and helpful about all the arrangements, and it was very reassuring the way they urged us to visit in advance. At some kennels and dog "hotels" they seem reluctant to let you in at all. Our dog can't tell us if she enjoyed her two week holiday but she came home in good spirits, healthy, trim and clean. We will be hoping Chandlers Cross can take her next time we go away.

    Our lab Henry has been a regular at Chandlers Cross for 7 years. He's always happy to arrive and wags his tail when he meets the lovely staff. He comes home happy and fit. Our commitments are unpredictable and they are always very adaptable when we need to change dates or collect or deliver on different days. Happy dog, happy owners. Thank you.

    if your dog is a bit larger than the normal size of your dog breed or if your dog eats a bit more than the normal amount of its dog breed you should ask them to feed you more or bring your own dog food. but so far it's amazing

    We have been using the kennels for about 25 years now for our dogs and can thoroughly recommend them. The staff are helpful and friendly, the accommodation is kept clean and safe and care of the dogs is wonderful. Dogs return healthy, happy and contented! Superb place!

    This is the only place I will consider leaving my dog now. What an amazing kennels. The people are kind and friendly and love dogs. My boy came home with his coat still super shiny, he had not lost any weight (and he usually does when away at the kennels), he was happy and full of life. I got a care text message to tell me how he was doing. Just a wonderful place if you need to leave your fur baby.

    At first I was sad to leave our little pup but now I realise that was my baggage and dropping him off here is basically a play date that he is excited about. He is well looked after and is happy to see us and happily tired when we collect him. Liz and Jess clearly love the dogs they care for and know them all really well. Sent me pics and videos when we were gone a long time and worrying about him in the early days. Definitely recommend!
