   We absolutely love this hotel. The service is beyond exceptional, our room was incredibly comfortable, and the Boar Pub downstairs has delicious food and wonderful staff. Location is a few steps from the metro, and walking distance to Covent Garden, SoHo, the National Gallery, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. Highly recommend.

   Very late post. We stayed here early September and overall this was a great experience. The room, location, staff, amenities - very happy with the entire property. One of the most comfortable beds I've every slept in! I looked forward to the end of the day to just lay in bed. In fact we order breakfast in everyday we were their it was just too comfortable to leave. The bathroom is very spacious. Our room had a US outlet which saved me bc the power converter I bought on Amazon didn't work for my Dyson hairdryer. Service and staff was excellent!! So friendly and helpful from the minute you step out of the car to enter the property to when you leave. We loved having drinks at the end of they day at their comfy stylish bar. Velvet chairs, excellent wine and spirt selection. I highly recommend this property.

   I have just finished my second week long stay at Conrad London St James and once again it was a brilliant experience. The staff were genuinely lovely throughout my visit. They remembered my name, greeted me warmly every day and were always ready to help with anything I needed. It really does make a difference when you feel recognised and cared for in that way. I want to give a special thank you to John. He looked after me from the very first day, checked in on me regularly and helped with every query. He often brought tea or refreshments before I even asked and made sure I was comfortable at all times. His attitude and attention made my stay feel easy and relaxed. I would also like to thank Maciej, the Operations Manager. Whenever I needed assistance he stepped in straight away and was extremely helpful. His support and the way he leads the team are clearly reflected in the high standard of service across the hotel. Thank you to everyone at Conrad London St James for such a warm and welcoming stay. Your kindness and professionalism keep bringing me back and I look forward to staying with you again.

   We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad London St. James. The service and hospitality were truly exceptional. Even when the hotel experienced an unexpected boiler issue one morning, the management handled it with impressive professionalism, transparency, and care. Alonso, the Rooms Division Manager, personally reached out, kept us informed, and ensured we were comfortable—going above and beyond by offering access to the executive lounge and adjusting our bill. The brief hot water interruption ended up being no inconvenience at all, thanks to the team’s quick response and their obvious commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s clear they take pride in delivering a top-tier experience. Mr. Cardena, the Rooms Manager, is a great example of an old school hospitality professional! We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to London. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I’m very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. When we arrived Melissa from the reception helped us to check in and she was lovely! Also Peter from the executive lounge was such a kind and warming staff member. He gave us some drinks even though it was already late. He always made sure we were okay. Actually i’m very satisfied about all of the staff. They were all so friendly. The rooms were amazing! And the beds…. Wow, i didn’t want to get out. Haha. The food quality in general could be better, but your hear no complaints from me. Im happy. Compared to a lot of other hotels where you pay exactly the same this hotel is just very very good!

   I’ve had a exceptional luxurious stay at this hotel, which meets the expectations of the Conrad brand. We celebrated our anniversary here. Everything was perfect and could not be faulted. Rooms are clean, modern, luxurious and comfortable. The executive lounge was great. Staff are very kind and friendly. Great restaurant and pub in hotel. Ticks all boxes for Gold/Diamond members.

   We visited the Conrad for the afternoon tea experience in celebration of our mothers birthday. We had visited twice on other occasions which we really enjoy hence returning. Unfortunately this time our experience wasn’t so great. The staff were exceptional & very helpful throughout. However, the standard & quality of food was not as we expected. The sandwiches were average, the coronation chicken was sadly dry. The cakes were also dry & lacked the wow factor. The beetroot brownies were not a hit with the entire table. We did expect greater quality when attending a high tea at the Conrad. On the other hand, The scones were wonderful & thoroughly enjoyable. The team arranged for a beautiful “Happy birthday Mama” message written in chocolate for my mothers celebration. The staff at the lobby were occupied & a wonderful doorman noticed me waiting & showed me to the afternoon tea setting.

   I stayed here for a week with my family while traveling for work. Our room was very clean and cleaning/refreshing was offered daily. I was gone most of each day, but thought everyone was very nice and accommodating. Staff were happy to help with taxis, umbrellas, and gave me converters for electronics after I realized I left mine at home. My family was at the hotel much more than I was, and they had great things to say about the staff, food, etc.

   Wonderful staff and all needs were attended to when necessary. John Paul, Concierge, was very helpful, with good tips and reservations. The location was very central to go just about anywhere from there. Blocks away from Buckingham Palace, right across the street from a train station and easy to find. Good dining choices within a 10 minute walk of here and variety of bars as well. The hotel was clean and as we celebrated 2 occasions while we were here, it was nice to see them step up for those. We would definitely stay again.

   I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! One of the best breakfast from my Europe trip. It's walking distance to the Buckingham palace, Big Ben, and most of the London landmarks. I would recommend staying here.
