   It’s impossible to give Hotel 41 less than a 5/5 rating. This quaint little boutique hotel on the 5th floor of the Ruben’s is unique. They will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their service is impeccable and they constantly strive to delight, please and surprise you. Even the charging cables were wrapped nicely when we returned to the room! If you want a swimming pool and a gym (available at an external location for £35) you should go elsewhere, but if you appreciate good service there is no better place! They work very hard for the (optional) £20 service charge!

   This hotel is nothing short of spectacular. It has redefined my standards of hotels entirely. A warm welcome, with non-alcoholic rosé, snacks, a small fridge with ice cream, breakfast tea with delectable cookies, and a pantry. And that’s just the first encounter. When I arrived at my room, I was met with pure luxury. Every single amenity one could desire. A hot water bottle, a pillow spray, a bath with Epsom salts, more cookies, buttery bed linen. A beautifully hand written note and a quote from Ibn Battuta, an extensive Muslim traveller, explorer and well esteemed scholar was the icing on the cake. The hotel is also a very short walk from Victoria station so well located. To say my experience was wonderful would be a disservice… I’d like to thank Seamus and Ernie for my wonderful reception and I cannot wait to return.

   Exceptional service and attention to details. I won’t spoiler these in order not to reveal all secrets to upcoming travellers ;) I was specifically surprised by preparing my room for sleep, amazing cleanliness, comfy bed and light controls. Location is great to explore Buckingham and close neighborhoods - Chelsea, Mayfair and Belgravia and enjoy amazing Victorian style on your walk. Hotel staff is really attentive to any request and ready to help you with transportation, lounge services and any info about London. Separate word should be said about hotel style - it’s a truly masterpiece!

   I have had the opportunity to stay at some great hotels, but this was one of the finest. Located on one floor, across from Buckingham palace, this small hotel had charm, beautiful decore and excellent service. The rooms while not huge, was set up well with a fireplace, and two showers (excellent shower pressure). It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning system was the best of any hotel I have stayed at. My wife and I love it cold and this room did not disappoint. One night, we went to a concert. We just asked the concierge how to get to the music venue. When we returned late at night, they had a letter under our door with a Spotify play list of the musicians top songs. I have never seen anything like that before and it is why this hotel has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. If I had to say anything negative, I feel there should be more cheaper options for breakfast. It was kind of an all or nothing and feel it was overpriced for what we actually ate. All together, this was a great place and would highly recommend. I look forward to revisiting on my next trip to London.

   A delightful surprise! This boutique hotel is outstanding! The location is good, close to Buckingham Palace. The room is on the smaller side being it’s a historical building. The bedding were lux and comfortable. What really stood out was their attentive service and it’s consistency throughout the hotel. Everyone from doorman, front desk, concierge, to lounge, everyone was extremely helpful and willing. Big shout out to the team in the executive lounge, no matter when we pop in, from morning breakfast service to evening night cap everyone was absolutely wonderful!

   Greeted with a warm friendly welcome. All staff extremely helpful, especially Steve who keeps us hydrated!! After Steve clocked off last night a delightful young lady Bee i think her name was treated us like royalty, she was a joy. Staff on the desk are first class. Breakfast waiters are attentive and brought us a fabulous hot food. We really feel we get value for money at Hotel 41, it’s outstanding.

   Just got back from our honeymoon at hotel 41. They took very good care of us! Everyone knew our name and was always there to help right away. They genuinely care about the guest and try getting to know them. Asking how their day went and suggesting things to do. I have never stayed at a hotel like this before and will be back!

   Outstanding Boutique Hotel! Hidden little gem across the street from Buckingham Palace. Very stylish and chic decor with the some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Each and all staff members were extremely polite, friendly and professional. We loved the elegant and cozy lounge that is open 24/7. Complimentary alcohol, food and snacks are put out all day and night with a fine selection of drinks. In room everything the large 5 star hotels offer but more. Our new go-to-hotel in London

   Without question, this is now one of my favorite hotels. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. While the location is absolutely wonderful, the staff and facilities are even better. I have never experienced a more energetic, caring, and professional staff anywhere...ever. My wife and I will certainly be back. Thank you to all the staff for helping us have a great visit to London, and I want to particularly thank Alex and Steph who were amazing. Can't wait to come back!
