I went in to try on a necklace and the service I got was amazing! So fast and helped me with everything I needed I also purchase a necklace extender which I’d didn’t know they did! Can’t remember the woman’s name but it was brilliant!
Didn’t actually go here but saw Ariana grenade posters plastered on the wall. Would be 5 if someone didn’t pee outside. Also deducted a point because we didn’t actually go inside.
Came in during a shopping trip to Cardiff. Only one member of staff in store serving and a couple of people already in front of us. Found 5 pieces we wanted to buy, but after waiting around 20mins, I gave up and left, hoping to buy them online. Looked at the Swarovski store on Amazon, and found most of the pieces around 30% off the instore prices. In future, swerve the store and buy online.
I went to the Cardiff store tonight to pick up my online order. When I arrived, I went to the till and waited behind another customer who was being served after the customer left . The staff member told me to “Wait a second,” but then she attended to another customer who was standing in the middle of the store. I thought this was fair since he may had arrived before me. However, after waiting another 10 minutes with no one serving me, I noticed that all three staff members were still occupied with other customers and I had no idea how much longer it would take. In the end, I decided to leave because I felt my time was being wasted. It was frustrating to feel ignored by the staff, and I didn’t want to continue waiting indefinitely. The customer service was poor, and the staff didn’t seem as friendly as they had in the past. I won’t be returning to that store, and I have given up on picking up my order. I will wait for the refund to process since I didn't collect the order within 7 days. I believe it would be beneficial for the store to hire more staff, especially during busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, particularly in the late evenings.

Visited the store today to organise a replacement piece. Laura, the young lady who looked after us was outstanding from the very first telephonic contact through to the face-to-face visit. At all times, she was pleasant, personable, professional and courteous. She was a credit to herself and the store. A hassle free resolution that left us both with a compelling reason to revisit. Well done, Laura. Matthew and Claire.

Clean and sparkling, always a very busy shop. Very rarely do they have any sales in this shop. Would be a great idea for this company to have a Loyalty Discount Scheme.
