Lovely little cafe, good selection of cakes, coffee also very good Just visited again in December, same results as sitting outside in the summer. This is a hidden gem, lovely little cafe, will try the breakfast next time after a short fast, judging by the size of it.

Usually pop here for a small drink or bite to eat, when I take the dog here for a walk. I took my son here and popped in as it was around lunch time. It was busy, but when I went to the counter to buy our drinks and to order a couple of baps, the older lady was quite rude, she said is that it to my drinks, I said we'd like to order some food, she said I can't do that now, ice got 3 orders to get sorted. So we didn't stop, and they lost out. She let it down, normally very friendly staff in there. She could have said it more politely, then I wouldn't have minded waiting for a while.

We always visit after a dog walk around the lakes. The food is wonderful and fresh. The shop is small but fits perfectly into the area. We always have an egg and bacon sandwich on brown bread and a mug of tea....lovely ❤️ we have also taken family and they are dog friendly. You can sit outside( if there is space).

Great little find for a watering hole on a walk, unfortunately when we went in we felt like we were in the way, no smile or welcome.

Brilliant. My wife and I popped in for some lunch, my wife has some special dietary requirements, a lot of people cant cater for them. The staff went out of their way to provide a delicious meal for her. We will definitely be returning.

Haven't eaten there recently, but when I've dropped by for a coffee it's always looked good. Coffee is great and the service always friendly. In a nice spot at the south end of the green.

A lovely friendly little cafe. Enjoyed a nice snack at lunchtime. The lady told us there would be a wait as they were busy but we didn't mind. However the food did come quicker than we thought. The lady at the till was very kind to the little 3 year old girl we had with us when we sent her up to.pay. She got down on her knees to help our little one.

The food was absolutely lovely, but because we were a party of over 15, the staff struggled to cope. I think for small parties, it’s a lovely place to stop and eat, but I wouldn’t recommend for large gatherings.
