Lovely owner of this shop always happy to help ive had her help fit harnesses to ensure they fit properly, offered to order bits in if shes able to when ive asked for them and she hasent had it in stock, and is always happy to advise the cheaper options rather then up selling the most expensive

Amazing lady!!!! We had a poorly fish and couldn't work out what was wrong with it. We were going on holiday and didn't know what to do. This lovely lady took it in and nursed it back to health. A week later we came home expecting an empty tank! It's 100% better and back with its friend. My daughter is made up! That's above and beyond her job but she didn't hesitate! Outstanding customer service and a genuine heart of gold xxx
