   We had a wonderful family meal at Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. It felt like a place that truly cares about its guests. We loved our visit and can easily recommend it to anyone looking for great Chinese food and a heartfelt welcome.

   Food is lovely! Beware of the drinks prices. We had two drinks each, one was more expensive than the other? Make sure you order a brand and don’t let them choose for you. Rather disappointing were the gents toilets where all the urinals were leaking so you were standing in ***. The ladies also leave a lot to be desired for cleanliness. I think we will not be visiting again but the food was lovely.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our visit was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend trying their duck, chow mein and dessert toffee banana, these are a definite must-visit for anyone craving authentic Chinese cuisine in Derby!

   Last minute decision to go - rang & booked a table (Saturday evening) and glad as it was full when we arrived. Food was excellent and reasonably priced considering the size of portions. Starters and Mains with rice - glass of wine & a lager + table water £71 all in for 3 adults. Happy with that, these days! Free car parking but can be tight/limited when restaurant full.
