   Simply wonderful. The food, staff and atmosphere were flawless. We sat at the counter seating which gave a wonderful view of the kitchen and bar, which was immersive and entertaining especially as a party of two. We opted for the vegetarian set menu which was a fabulous way of trying most of the menu. Our standout dishes were the parsnips and the aubergine hummus! The merry margarita may have been the best cocktail we’ve ever tried. Will definitely be back soon especially for the next menu.

   Delicious food and lush cocktails. The servers were so lovely and friendly. The food came quickly. I ordered three dishes which I enjoyed, but the winner for me was the pan fried mackerel. The atmosphere was very cool. Although it was busy, yet it wasn't noisy. People were just happy and looked like they were enjoying their meals. I would definitely go back.

   We had the 'tasting menu experience' - such good value and every mouthful was gorgeous. Each little dish was perfectly delicious. The only problem was we ate it all too quickly which meant it was over too soon! Plus Burnt Orange stocks the best 0% alcohol sparkling wine we have ever tasted!

   You wonder if its going to be as good as you expect. The experience was a birthday gift from my niece . My wife and I went with moderate expectations but we were really happy with the whole thing. I loved the range of food and the care the staff took to make sure everything was perfect. The multiple dishes provided, solved my normal problem of what to choose on the menu and wanting to try a bit of everything. Just go with a few friends and have a great time

   The Burnt Orange absolutely lived up to the hype. From start to finish the experience was outstanding. The food was next level – every dish had immense flavour, perfectly balanced and cooked with real care. You can tell a lot of thought goes into the menu, because nothing felt standard or predictable, it all had a twist that made it exciting. The restaurant itself is stunning. Beautifully decorated, with a warm and stylish vibe that makes you want to settle in and stay for hours. It manages to feel both polished and relaxed at the same time. The staff deserve a mention too. They were exceptional, super friendly, attentive without hovering, and just really easy to get along with. It honestly felt like being looked after by your mates, which made the night even more enjoyable. And the cocktails… wow!! Every one I tried was mind blowing, both in presentation and taste. Easily some of the best I’ve had in Brighton.

   Wow! I totally love this place and can't wait to visit again. We sat at the bar in front of the kitchen which was a great experience. The service was impeccable ... Greeted on arrival and sat straight away. All the staff were very efficient and with a good sense of humour! Great menu and wine list. Everything was delish!! We will definitely be back.

   We had our wedding reception at Burnt Orange two weeks ago and I can only say good things. It was the perfect venue, perfect, food, amazing service. Mimi was so helpful with helping us plan everything in the run up, and then on the night Charlene and the rest of the staff were so wonderful - really relaxed but still so on it with every detail. The food and cocktails were amazing - we heard many a 'best thing I've ever eaten' all evening and people have raved about it ever since. We felt so lucky and wish we could do it again! On a separate note, my Dad is in a wheelchair and the accessibility is great which is very rare for nice restaurants in Brighton, which tend to be in old buildings. My elderly grandparents were also comfortable. Thank you all so much!

   It was our first time in Brighton and Burnt Orange didn't disappoint. We had the Experience meat menu and everything was absolutely wonderful.The service was outstanding and all staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.We would definitely come back next time we're in Brighton. It was an absolute delight... and the best meal we've ever had!

   Has to be 5 stars - the food was great, a lot of variety and Middle Eastern inspired flavours. Good fish and veg options too. The burnt orange martini was a clever twist on your normal gin martini. Would definitely recommend the monkfish and would definitely visit again!
