   Staff attitude is very poor! I brought shoes back and staff did everything not to give money back! Manager Chloe wanted to just dismiss the fact I had bought products to go with the shoes and would not return even though they upsold me 2 days previous. Very patronising and very unhelpful Wouid not return here to buy again The policy shows no record of not returning products but with shoes

   I needed shoes for an event tonight, went to 5 different stores in Victoria centre and the customer service I received from Chloe was by far the best, she genuinely cared about what I needed and made the extra effort going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, we need more people like this in customer service, Thanks again Nicky

   The staff were awfull i felt so unwelcome i tryed to buy 2 sets of ugg slippers and the staff seemed more intrested in gossiping between themselves then helping me purchase the items. I Will now look somwhere else to make my £345 purchase

   Whet in Victoria centre store looking for a certain type of trainers . Asked a young lady for some advice and she didn’t have a clue what she was doing. All she wanted to do was to follow her Co workers chatting . How rude completely ignored every customer that approached her.

   Absolutely terrible delivery service...I paid 5.99 for express delivery..had ordered sandals to match my dress fir a family christening... the should have arrived 2/9... I took the day off work to ensure I was in... then checked my tracking and the Yodel lady said my parcel was not with her and it was nothing to do with her!!!.. I started a chat on line and the adviser took my email address for my name and would not take the chat any further..I even provided my full name, order number and email address... shocking.. I then went into the store at Victoria centre Nottingham where the manager said that the online store was nothing to do with them..she did help me to go on line again start a new chat where the adviser said my order had been updated to be delivered 3/9... I asked for my refund of express delivery and he said I had to wait until it was delivered on the 3/9....unbelievable delivery service...Do not buy on line.. UNTRUSTWORTHY delivery service...spoilt my whole event..
