   DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Made a bulk order of £4,000 with this company. It has now been over 2 months and I haven’t had any updates. My messages have been ignored repeatedly. I’ve tried calling, emailing, instagram dm and now have gone in store. I was told the owner is away on holiday and then is going away again next week. I am a university student and put trust into this business only to be ignored and now scammed out of 4 grand. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!

   The online experience is the worst I’ve come across. I had ordered via their online store, had made a purchase and had not received no correspondence in regards to my order I.e. I had tried there number it doesn’t seem to connect, I had used social media to message then which out of 20 messages I had received 2 which did not answer a question I queried. After ordering I had checked the status of my delivery and there was no change in the status and currently now it’s been over the 2-5 days delivery guarantee. I’ve had no choice but to email paypal and complaint in regards to the payment, sent emails out to them and still had no correspondence so awaiting refund to be put forward as well as the claim made.

   Really poor customer service. Ordered some shoes and was ignored for a week when asking when they’ll be shipped, and then was told for 2 weeks that they were waiting for a response from DHL as to why it’s taking so long. Then a week later randomly refunded, except another week later the refund was declined and cancelled from the sellers end and now having to go through a paypal dispute for my money back.

   Id give them a zero if i could, for the past week/week and a half i have been messaging their instagram page in regards to selling some items to them, they said that someone would be out to collect between 4-7pm so i stayed in to wait for them, gets to 6:45pm and they say ‘he is running late, what is your latest availability’ so i said no later than 8pm. Ignoring messages, mobile number straight to voicemail and land line never rings or works. Absolutely disgusting way to ‘try’ do business, they also tried to charge £20 collection for a 10 minute drive away! Be careful and DO NOT use this shocking company.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! These are not a legit business and scammers. Items consigned in the shop came Back damaged or go missing.and consistently chasing for payments. The owner will disappear and not respond to any queries. I feel sorry for the staff working there as they are lovely but with no real power or authority. Do not buy as items are also not all legit. Shop at your own risk

   At the moment to buy the shoes and at the at the counter it was told "sorry the value increased from 375 to 410 gbp". I asked if it was normal and the answer was "yeah it s normal we just forgot to change the label" I bought the shoes just because my daughter was already on it. But nowhere it was mentioned such practice that i don t believe it s normal. Hopefully such a practice that is against the consumer in my opinion will be properly verified.

   Be very careful using this company. Bought online and paid in full. Order cancelled without explanation week after. Still trying to get my money back. Stopped replying to emails and no response from phone messages. So upsetting this close to Christmas too. Be very wary.

   Paid for Jordan 4s then last minute refunded the money with no explanation I do not recommend this company there customer service is sh!t they don’t pick up emails or phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE!!

   Ordered Jordan 11s online. Tracking details were given. When tracked DHL said label created but no instructions for them to pick up the parcel. Trainers never arrived. No response to emails. Phone number goes to answer service. No response to messages left. No response to PayPal dispute. Never again will we use this shop.
