   Old woman behind counter very rude my mother asked for her bags to be packed as she isn't able and the girl behind the counter says I don't bag anything they are lucky am even in here working I have arthritis you may pack your own bag what is she doing working then if here health problems are stopping her from carrying out her duties really rude and ignorant I will publish this on social media to make people aware also disrespectful woman

   Got voucher today didn't work told to phone goggle.few months ago lost mother bank card in tescos express next they called tescos they found it but have a policy within 24 hours you don't collect they destroy it terrible rule.one I was in tescos a woman working in tescos brought religion into conversation saying was I going to Queens jubilee celebrations that's not on should never have been brought up disrespectful.staff shouldn't complain about to own work probably if they don't like the job why be in it.too dare food is get better offers I'm bigger tescos least queueing and listening to staff members yap about their job in tescos.i been going to tescos for 15 years then was told not too come back.some staff cheeky sure what do expect when they get paid basic salary.sometimes not enough staff long queues.never should religion be brought into conversation.too dear for messages cheaper to go to tescos newtonbreda or Sainsbury's.if you don't like your Job in tescos express Saintfield road leave don't complain too customers about it.

   Women on till Deidre I think her name was extremely rude I assume because I am under 25. seems to happen to anyone under 25 I don’t know if it’s maybe jealousy or what I’ve come here for the last 15 years because it’s my local and every time I come she sits there watching me like I’m a thief and when I go to buy a few things for the house she gives me dirty looks and say club card please and she said “ok ok relax yourself” like I was being rude someone really needs to teach her some manners. And another time I was buying something for £1 and gave her a £10 note and all she says do you not have anything smaller?? And I said “no sorry” and she goes on to not say anything back and just give me dirty looks. Disgraceful I will not be returning until she is gone.

   Had a really awful experience in this store today at around 5.30pm. This is in relation to the same woman a lot of these reviews are about who I’m naming and shaming. She’s called Deidre. Went in to get a scratchard and it took a good 5 minutes before she decided to serve me as moving the newspapers a few cm over & reading the headline was clearly more interesting than serving a customer. When asked for my ID she just said “ID” in a very rude manner and snatched it out of my hand, I thought I wasn’t for getting it back. Then she looked at my DOB and goes “2002?” Whilst giving me a dirty look as if she was in disbelief. So I replied “yea I’m 21”. She shot me another dirty look and then almost threw it back to me, I’m assuming because I’m young & she’s not.Then I said the number of scratchcard I wanted which was the triple cash word £3 one, number 9. I even had to go as far as describing the colour and she still couldn’t find it. At this point I wanted to leave before I got annoyed so I said just to give me anyone & then she apologised for not being able to find it. I realised I had forgot to get a few things and had to go back in and if looks could kill I’d be 6 ft under. I would very rarely use this Tesco express as I don’t live close so this is the first time I’ve seen Deidre working there, safe to say if I see her again I’ll be walking back out the door.

   Make sure you count your change owed when paying in cash... Oldish cashier duped me, when I twigged on outside and came back to collect the what I was owed, she outright lied about what happened. I did get my money back, but she's a slippy one. Fair warning
