I can't speak to any experience as a tenant but I can say that everyone I interacted with during the viewing process (especially David) was incredibly helpful and very easy to contact afterwards for follow-up questions.
All the good reviews are not real. Do not rent with them. They will be smart and take your whole deposit even if you leave the house in pristine condition, far faar better than how it was received. Oh yea, if you are going to rent, make sure to prepare yourself for not being able to have hot showers sometimes and pre paid electricity like what? AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Funny how they reply to all the “real” 5 star reviews, but ignore the actual real ones lol
We had a viewing scheduled with this letting agent, but they never showed up. No call, no message, no apology – just a complete waste of our time. We rearranged our day around this appointment and stood outside the property waiting, only to be ignored. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I dread to think how they treat people once they’ve signed a contract. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Emailed several times with no answer after finding a number we can use we have been promised several call backs. It has been 2 weeks without a response. Husband was also 15 mins late for the viewing, we were told no worries as they were there for the full hour. Doors were locked and no one was at the property for viewing. We spent 6 hours in the car to travel for this.

I have received reminders for the upcoming viewing of the house , which is helpful when you have many viewings booked in. On the day he showed me around and answered all my questions in great detail. I felt welcomed and appreciated as a potential tenant. Thank you !
I honestly would not recommend this agency at all. I would stay away at all costs. Not only are they quick to put you into a home with no such maintenance, but the ‘protected’ deposit you put down you don’t half get back. I have had nothing but trouble since moving out of one of their properties to not recieving most of my money back, to not getting things sorted in the house and to still be receiving letters for the property to my new address even after having stating I no longer live there. I moved out of the property on 20/11/2022 only recieving £280 of my £605 deposit yesterday (16/01/2023) which should have taken 14 days to solve, only to be told then that if it is not solved within 14 days I would then need to seek legal advice which the cost would be then taken from my deposit amount. Whenever I needed anything I was constantly on the phone. Numerous emails was sent to ask for updates or advice and I receiving nothing in return. I constantly had to chase contact. So unreliable, they are not worth the stress. The charges they charged me for the house was already in that state. Unfortunately I lost all photos to back this up and not to mention the house was cleaned top to bottom before I handed over the keys. Would NOT recommend. Definitely go to a well trusted agency even if you pay more money. These are not worth the stress, hassle, time or loss of money. Well disappointing and this will be shared.
Would Give 0 stars if possible. A nightmare to rent, my accommodation consisted of the whole month of DECEMBER without hot water, a rat infestation, which led to a fly infestation, and then a spider and insect infestation. Guess what the company did about it? Nothing...oh wait, they also took all of my deposit back even though the property was left in a better state. Ridiculous to deal with on the phone and the old woman who answers is a b****. She doesnt care about anyone and not merely her job. If you want a peaceful renting experience, take your custom elsewhere!!!
Stay away from this company. I never write reviews but this is a different case. I would give a 0 star rating if it was allowed. I paid a holding deposit towards a property on a Wednesday and submitted all my documents. They made no effort to call me or update me on the progress of my application. I called them on Tuesday almost a week later and all they had to say was the landlord didn’t approve me despite my record being clean and me providing sufficient evidence of my right to rent and employment contract. I spoke to Rhea and she is by far the most unprofessional amongst them all, it’s beyond me how she still has a job there. She was cold and heartless and sounded like she would rather be somewhere else. She raised her voice at me for asking her why they didn’t contact me and why the landlord didn’t approve of me. I lost my holding deposit for nothing at all because the following day I secured a house with a different letting agency. Stay away from For the renters if you want a room!
