   I was very happy to find such a good value place to stay with my dogs! The check-in instructions are very clear and the communication is very good via email and text despite the lack of reception. The rooms on the main road side can be loud with traffic but they kindly provide earplugs. The bed was very comfy. Shower warm and strong flow. Lots of dog friendly cafes around and parks.

   Great value for money. Location very central and bus stop nearby to the airport. Everything that was needed was in the room. Was a single traveller and very safe, excellent security and locks on rooms. Would stay again.

   We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. Before our arrival, we received clear instructions on how to access the house and our room, as well as information about parking. Both before and after our stay, we received WhatsApp messages to ensure we had received all the necessary information and to check if our stay was pleasant. The bed was perfect. Our room faced a busy road, but we didn't experience any noise disturbances. Earplugs were provided, but we didn't need them. One small point for improvement: the shower drain was a bit slow, so it might be worth looking into. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.

   Large room with comfy main bed (suite) but VERY noisy main road, the trucks going past actually made the bed shake! The single bed is a foldout put me up with broken slats so not very comfortable. The owner was helpful with information, good sized kitchen and bathroom. Parking available, 10 minutes drive from city centre

We felt very safe and the entire house seemed incredibly clean. Very easy to jump on the bus and get into City Centre. Nice spacious room and bathroom with fridge and closet Disliked · Not many things were walkable from the guesthouse, but again, the bus was very close. Was a bit difficult to get the Netflix to work

   Absolutely lovely place to stay, really close to the port, easy to access without having to speak with anyone so late night arrival was no problem. The room was really nice, comfortable and warm, it was ensuite and the bathroom was modern, clean and lovely! Parking was a bit tricky, plenty of space on the streets but not many place to park near the accommodation but a few mins walk was no issue. Will definitely stay again, thanks for the great night sleep!

   On the east side of the river, making this an ideal location for us to stay, All rooms were clean and tidy (we stayed twice, different rooms). Secure and multi-camera protected. We found it a little confusing to get parking around the back, but once you find it is great. (You can park at the front but watch out for the clearway times. (directions heading out of town when you see "Boots chemist" - turn first right then first Left and 1st left again- and it is straight in front of you). It is, of course, a totally refurbished old town house, so not massive rooms etc. Manuel Was always on hand and extremely helpful. The personnel Pin access control meant access any time and no losing keys .There are plenty of top-class places to enjoy a meal nearby, (we loved a restaurant called 'Cyprus Avenue').
