   Awful experience. Went to view a property and the agent was 25 minutes late. When he finally arrived he stayed on his phone in the car even after seeing we were waiting to view the property. I went to his car and asked if he was showing the property and was waved off. He finally walked down to the property (on his phone the entire time), didn’t say hello or apologise for being late. The property was dirty, tiles were missing and was nothing like the photos. We felt too uncomfortable to ask any questions as the agent had been so rude and ignorant. We asked for his name before we left and he replied “never worry” and slammed the property’s door in our faces. Awful service and extremely rude, has completely put us off renting with them in the future. Not sure if they act like this because they think it’s fine towards students (we are actually not students and are young working professionals) but either way it’s unacceptable. Have put a complaint in but doubt this will go anywhere.

   Shell company of M&M Property Services, run by SLUM LANDLORD Micky McMahon. Read the reviews for that company, the man is a parasite who uses Vulnerable students to increase his wealth. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. Contact the Student Tenants Union or Lasair Dhearg for further information.

   SHELL COMPANY OF M&M PROPERTY SERVICES, CHECK THEIR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE Absolutely disgusting people and mediocre houses. Was recently pulled into a lawsuit by the landlord for a house I hadn't even been living in. Sleep on the streets before you sleep in one of these horrible houses, they make their money solely from ripping off first year students. Be careful as they're also under the names go2 BSA and University Rentals

   I rang this agency with some simple questions, and the level of confusion and ineptitude which followed was farcical. In the end I had to politely end the conversation because both agents I spoke to were impossible to communicate with, and one was downright aggressive. Don't ignore the reviews like I did, they are bloody awful.

   Stay away from this agency!! M&M property services has a shell company called University Rentals as M&M has such a bad reputation. So beware! Had a viewing appointment last week and asked to see 1 specific terrace house property but yet I had to demand to see the property before the appointment was practically over. The agent was very condescending and incredibly rude to us and then called us spoiled when we asked if they would fix ripped up flooring. For some odd reason the man was rather confrontational and tried to be intimidating when we asked about other properties outside the area. We understood that we were viewing student houses which may not be the newest or tidiest houses but there was legitimate concerns raised with many items in need of repair! After this experience and reading other similar reviews I shall never do business with this 'company'!

   This 'company' is a shell company and is run by M&M property services. If this seems confusing to you, please take a look at M&M property services reviews from past students and you will see the reason to why they needed to start a new name to draw in business
