Extortionate pricing for ‘non-members’ Thankfully we get membership included as part of DofE scheme. However we do buy many items elsewhere for a lot cheaper. The store is big with plenty variety and free customer car park. The staff are usually nice and helpful, but there aren’t many of them around and you have to hunt them down.
well i went to buy fishing related items, and stumbled on a really nice bivvy table sold by ngt, super strong large adjustable legs, steel table, and compartments made in the table top. super stuff. now I always check on my phone to compare prices on the net. so the table was £45.00 and amazon had one cheaper so I asked them to price match and they did so I paid £35.00 a massive discount and £4.00 extra from go out doors as an extra gift. !!!! Excellent
Had a great trip. I got everything i needed, but i was most impressed by Nicole. She was really attentive and friendly. She helped me find all the items i was looking for, including a coat that fit me correctly. Could not give higher praise, she was all round amazing!!
Excellent service. Visited with my wife & dog to buy walking shoes/boots. Special mention for Holly our sales assistant. Gave us really sound advice based on our budget and activities. Even took the time to help understand our nervous dog!
This Go outdoors is just of a main road into Nottingham, if has a large carpark which is handy for large vehicles. The shop itself is quite large and has a wide variety of outdoor activities products ranging from clothes to equipment. The shop is nicely set out, and it is very easy to try out the products for sale. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my visit to this shop and could have spent a long time and money in there if I had the spare time and money, if you are an outdoors type of person, this shop is well worth a visit.
Not too busy during the week. Helpful staff and good choice. Just begrudge having to pay (repay) for a 'members' card, which then negates any discount I might have got. Maybe I would think differently if I shopped there regularly.
Good selection of outdoor clothes and equipment for all budgets. Served by Evie who was friendly and helpful. Credit the company.
Large store lots of stock on display and if it's not in stock you can get it delivered for collection. Lots of parking on site with a Starbucks opposite. I've had some issues not receiving confirmation of delivery to store of late but waited 4/5 days then called in and made my collect. Staff are always very helpful and polite.
Not impressed asked for advice on a blow up bed the guy was not interested in helping at all, dismissive and rude. Could not wait to walk away. We ended buying the wrong bed, which luckily was ok. Shame as they had lots of choice. I won't rush back
Went today to pick online order which was faulty. Because i needed tomorrow for sons birthday party store manager sorted another table and gave me discount . All of staff including store manager were amazing and super polite , its been a while i came across where i want to give 10 star and only able to give 5 max. Amazing guys keep up the good work, i am definitely shopping there more often now. Thank you from singh family.
