   I visited on Saturday to hopefully purchase a bike. Having done some research, I was pretty sure which model I needed. (My husband already owning two of this brand, so I knew the quality was good- but on advice, I did look at a few others to compare) From the initial phone call with Dan, to help in the shop from both Jack and Dan, I couldn't have been treated better. Great care was taken to make sure the bike fitted, with plenty of test rides allowed. Lots of advice. Bonus too, as they had the colour I wanted ! Dan put the bike together while I waited and kindly attached the extras I bought. Absolutely the best experience. Thank you guys. I most definitely recommend anyone looking for either a road or mountain bike, both competitive and recreation to have a look at the vast stock here, you wont be disappointed. Thanks again Julia

   Took bike to them and fixed same day. New motor cable required. Also provided new display for bike and did everything really fast despite no appointment.    Appalling service, workmanship and general attitude. Took in my Bianchi for a full service and provided parts for fitting (bartape and new cables). The bartape was fitted with gaps in, the cable housing was too short. After I'd taken my bike for a ride around the block the right shifter stopped working. I took it back and they blamed me or just bad timing. I asked a few questions and it became clear there's a lack of expert knowledge. So for £150 they broke my bike... And didn't clean it which is apparently partof the service. Edit: Took it to another bike shop. They rebuilt the shifter in under an hour. Specialized had pulled the cable too tight and this had pulled the mechanism inside out of alignment which is why after a few more shifts it had completely come off. As you can see from Wayne's response, they don't think shifters are serviceable. This is not true. They just don't have the expertise.
