   I had an awful experience at the check out, I was stood there feeling like some criminal as the lady behind the desk didn’t like the prices that had been marked down (I’ll insert pictures below as you can see they haven’t been messed with), with a queue behind me listened to every moment she asked for prices of most of my Halloween finds on her head piece. Telling me this item is bigger that than others, i can’t help what has been marked down im here to get a deal. It was embarrassing and I left feeling like I was about to burst into tears. An other lady did take over she was polite as most staff are in the store as I come most weeks ! Almost forgot to mention her terrible attitude all round and lack of want to wrap my item as “this is all I have left” referring to the paper so used to protect my item. Ruined my day and felt embarrassed to say the least

   Had gone in to look at the garden furniture. Good range of items in store. Wanted to make special mention to staff member Adrian Campbell who was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I had purchased a garden chair that could not fit in my car. He helped me to get the other items in my car. He offered advice and I was able to schedule a delivery with anyvan. He sorted the paperwork quickly and remained very patient. Definitely an asset to the staff team. Thank you.

   Not really a fan of TK maxx. I thought I'd get some black trainers for kids for school but it wasn't an easy experience. It feels like a charity shop and if I'm honest they're prices are a bit hit and miss, although there was a lot of stuff reasonably priced too.

   unfortunately today me and mum went to buy things and when we where approaching the exit-entrance slide doors when the detectors went off and everyone was looking at US, one staff lady walked fast to us and she took my mums plastic bag off her she checked the plastic bag and then realised whoever was at the till did NOT TOOK OFF THE TAG before giving us the shoe we bought, this has really ruined my day and upset me so much. Try and do your job properly hence you get paid for it!
