   Visited the store on saturday and had a wonderful customer experience. A young lady called Megan served me and she really went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I explained how I was worried about carrying the glass baubles I was going to purchase so she went and fetched me a box and packed all the baubles in the box for me carefully, which I thought was very sweet of her. I then went to the new range in Oldbury where I saw a member of management at the customer service desk, she was stood talking and did not even acknowledge the fact I was standing there. I then asked if they had any boxes as I had a trolley full of glass baubles and she just looked at me and said no we dont, she did not even try to see if she could locate one anywhere, the customer service was extremely hostile and completely different in this store compared to willenhall. However when I got to the till, the young lady there was very good and very helpful.

   Love the range but the store layout usually doesn't have good flow. It's the same in all range stores. Always good stufft here. Especially love the Xmas decor. Most choice from all the shops I know. But the layout of the store seems all over the place. The aisles don't usually flow.

   Nice and clean with ample parking and disabled access. Dogs are also welcome in store. The only down side I would say is there were a few things I have picked up and it didnt have prices on. There was also pallets in the pet section that needed to be put away but nothing major. Prices were reasonable and good selection of things. From homewear, arts and crafts, toys, pets, outdoor, food and furnishings. Good selection for online too

   Plenty of parking spaces, no one seems to park away from the store so one side of the carpark always seems to be pretty empty to park in, store always clean and tidy and a wide variety of items to browse. Nice to know there are toilets available by the cafe if needed. Most staff are polite and friendly.

   Visited this range today to spend some of the kid’s Christmas money! The store is located in a nice big open car park with loads of space so no worries there! Inside the place has plenty of great things whether it be for the home,garden or kids! Prices are decent also for the things you can get as it has stuff you can’t usually get in your local supermarket or retail store! Excellent variation of things that will suit most people! Staff were polite and prompt as it was very busy when we were visiting! Also has the bonus of having an on-site cafe so you can take a break away from shopping for a coffee or sandwich!

   Great range of stock in store, everything is on one level which may make it easier for wheelchair users etc..plenty of Xmas decorations in at the moment at fair prices. Plenty of car parking on site. Staff were getting through the que quickly as well

   Very good selection of items for almost everyone. With the Iceland and Gregg's freezer section aswell you cant go far wrong the cafe is abit limited but if your just shopping and need a snack your be ok
