   Steve helped us massively choosing a new table and chairs. Top man, didnt pressurise us like most salesmen. It took us ages to decide and he could not have been anymore helpful carrying different chairs around the showroom to different tables. It has taken us over 6 months to choose, back and forth to different shops. Steve recognised us as soon as we walked in today from our last visit. We were very awkward but Steve continued to very helpful. 10/10 for his service.

   Visited Leekes, Bilston today with my elderly mom who wanted a recliner and settee. Was welcomed by Donna who gave demonstration of well known brands available. We've been looking for months at other retailers, but wish we had visited Leekes earlier. We were really happy with the exceptional service that we received. Donna was really helpful and knowledgeable. My mom was able to test the rise and recline and understand the different modes. Donna made us aware of claiming VAT back and even filled the form in. We felt really comfortable and really happy with the purchase made. ☺

   I have been in store today and Donna was absolutely amazing. There was a cabinet that I liked, but worked out more than I wanted to pay. She came with me to the showroom on the first floor and showed me a very similar item that was more affordable, so I've bought it. She was amazing, down to earth, friendly and very professional.    Amazing service I dealt with a lady called Sue who was perfect from start to finish . So helpful as I was shopping for my elderly mother who is house bound . She walked me round the showroom showing and explaining all the different ranges of oak dining tables and chairs. I took photos then went to my moms . I must of rang sue 8 times in a hour with different questions. Nothing was to much trouble . Mom ordered what she wanted over the phone and is now waiting for her new dining set . Also found Leekes very competitively priced . Thanks Sue and keep up the good work. Your a dying breed xx

   Thanks to Lee and Dave for the sofa delivery. They phoned 40 minutes before their arrival and carefully delivered the sofa with no problems. They also wore shoe protectors to protect the carpet. Thank you also to Chris in the store for your help and good humour in helping us to choose the sofa. Great service from Leekes!

   Visited Leekes Bilston to find furniture to update ours. Donna was really helpful showing us the styles and gave good advice about different products that we were looking for. There was a great amount of choice! Staff were really friendly and we were offered plenty of refreshments. Excellent service and would use them again!!
