I bought 2 boxes of dark blinds hair dye and I've done my hair and it's turned greythey must have put it in the wrong boxes. I'm not at all happy but I no longer have my receipt .
I was on a day trip to Bath with a friend who was hoping to find the item they were looking for in this store, however the item wasn't available.
went in to superdrug on southgate street to get two bottles of hairspray,went to the till to pay and asked for their beauty and health card to get my discount off my products as two for £9 on the shelf,girl asked me to put details in and I did so and then she took the packaging off the beauty card and chucked it on till and I payed and pushed my products receipt and beauty card and just said thanks? retail work definitely needs work as it seemed she didn’t want to be there?????

rudest woman ever with the worst attitude i've ever come across. i go to the cashier to pay, and as soon as i go there with a polite smile and "hello"(shouldn't of even bothered should've just looked smug and annoyed like her) she said to wait in line rudely cause she's waiting for something on the till to clear. like okay, fair enough. but say it nicer. there's a way of saying things, especially if you work in customer service, you should know better. and another thing, when i was about to move, she said, "also that girl was waiting infront of you and you just cut" if she actually knew her facts, the girl that was apparently "waiting infront" let me go infront since she moved aside. and when i was on the way to wait behind her, the woman apologised (hopefully apologising for the rude attitude the person on the till had) i'm glad i didn't hesitate to say she let me cut infront and moved aside. but as per usual, the rude woman at the till didn't even say anything after that and ignored it. if i see her again im reporting it. just a tip, don't give attitude for no reason.
Good place for all your bathroom needs and I got a good pair of reading glasses in there , not cheap ones ,proper anti scratch foster grants.

Been here many times, but the products are common products you can find everywhere. Searched for Vichy shampoo all bath and thought I could ask superdrug pharmacy, went there and waited 5 minutes for the girl, after I asked if she had Vichy shampoo she stared at me like most of the people I asked in this small town and said: I never heard of Vichy shampoo before. So I asked, do you at least have phyto shampoo? She again stared rude like most of the people in this town and said again that she hasn't heard of it. She then ignored me and turned her back which was not a shock seeing how all the pharmacies in this town are a bunch of rude and incapable workers. Bottom line I don't advise any person the pharmacies in this town, if you need something it's better you go to a quick drive in another city cause in this little town they still live like 20 years ago.
