I really like this little independent garden centre. Their plant selection isn't huge, but they have chosen what to stock very carefully and their plants are really well looked after. They have a good loyalty card scheme which I use regularly. The staff are friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for their regular customers. I really like this place! I've even had to take a couple of items (hardware, not plants) back, and they dealt with it politely, sympathetically and promptly - and I really appreciated this! It wasn't their fault - I should make that clear - but they still took ownership of the issue and handled it so that I was not inconvenienced any more than I had been already (I had bought a Fiskars product which had a fault). They have been able to offer me good plant advice even though I am pretty knowledgeable and a professional in the field, so I think that their staff are first rate. Lovely place, lovely staff. Only a shame about the slightly haphazard parking!

I sent my daughter to look for plants as I’m redoing my whole garden. Instead of a warm welcome, the man behind the desk commented that we were “walking around looking very sinister.” Not exactly the best way to treat potential customers. We decided to take our business to Garden Time instead, where the service was excellent

At last a good old fashioned hardware store, invaluable when you are on holiday a d either something breaks or you have forgotten something. Just go to the 2 storey building at the back of the site. If they have not got what you want/need they will know where to get it! Lovely staff who are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable what they are talking about.

Popped in to have a browse and was not made to feel welcome whatsoever. Really rude and abrupt staff when asking for help. Didn’t even smile when we said hello. Time to up your game, Noyce’s when everywhere around Kingsbridge is so lovely it’s the first time I’ve had a bad experience in years here.
