Had to change my negative review to excellent now. I speak to anyone with respect so I expect it back, so when I get a snappy person it irritates me. But they're just humans trying to do there best, I reckon they deal with the worst of us. Nina and an oriental lady need to be kinder, nicer & more polite but the rest are exceptional x

After such helpful service last week I made an appointment online to see the pharmacist. I arrived at 1.15pm for my appointment to be told the pharmaacist was on their dinner break. The assistant went to see if they would see me (considering I had an appointment) to be told on their return, that the pharmacist wouldnt be returning until after 2pm. That it was the first break they'd been able to have and they wouldnt get chance again (There was no one else waiting)... There was no real apology and no offer to re-arrange the appointment. Very disappointing and I will not be using the boots pharmacy again.

Really good experience with the shop as plenty of good stock, and if not, the posibility of collecting from the website they have as welk a Pharmacy so you can access services like prescriptions and vaccinations like the flu jab as the have a private room for that. Being in the heart of Arnold is really good for people who cannot drive, and my experience has veen always excellent.

Every time I say I am not going back I do, this time I definitely will not. Attempted to get a prescription for my daughter that was sent over from GP today. After being third in line and waiting half an hour, yes that long as the norm here. To give my daughters name and being told they did not have the prescription. What is her NHS number? Yes like we carry that with us! No dob search and how long ago was it sent. I informed the staff member around half hour as thats how long we have been waiting. Staff member was quite unhelpful as she had had a customer prior that she went over and above for so I think her good service was done for the day! This led us going to 3 different chemist and back to the GP twice! So 1.5 hours later and after being told by the gp and two chemists it was here all along! If thats not rubbish service I do not know what is. And Boots getting your medication should not turn into a day trip which it seems to be here! Service is very poor and staff knowledge even worse. So if you want to que for a long time and be told the prescription isnt there when it is attend here! I thought boots gave alot better service then this. Very disappointing and I will be complaining

Today I Went to collect a prescription for my son, there was just one lady at the counter being served she was with the staff for about 15mins and a cue was beginning to form behind me, I didnβt grumble or complain as I know it can be difficult to get medication sorted. Another member of staff came to the counter from behind the screen to serve me her name was Nina and she was incredibly rude! She asked for my sonβs name and when I told her she pulled an awful face then rolled her eyes. This was hurtful, uncalled for and down right prejudice of my heritage. She proceeded to be awkward and unhelpful with regards to repeat prescription ordering and I actually didnβt know what to do except exit the store. I had wanted to ask the pharmacy for advice too about a health problem but after this I didnβt feel comfortable and left without getting the help I needed. Boots this member of staff clearly shouldnβt be around people especially if you have a different or unique name it was blatantly obvious she didnβt want to serve me.

Queues were 10 minutes long, only 2 people serving but 4 staff walking around looking busy. Poor service and they were unable to fulfil my prescription.

Sorry to write a bad review but this store is: The faulty Towers of Pharmacists. Staff are lovely and friendly however not enough pharmacists to check precriptions I had to wait 45 minutes for a precription, the lady before me was vocal about waiting an hour for her's. They would be better off closing for an hour and all having their lunch break at the same time, then customers won't be waiting for whoever is checking medication that day to come off their break. To be fair Highcroft Surgery make this branch look bad as well, order items via them and you might as well wait weeks after constantly chasing them up in person and over the phone. To Boots Management, Get more pharmacists please as I'm sure your staff have had enough of people kicking off about waiting in store for medication. Thank you

I was served by a lovely employee, his name was Seamus I believe. He was quick to ask if I needed assistance and directed me to the right products I was looking for. His customer service was amazing and definitely made the entire shopping experience easy :))
