Excellent!! Saw us with no notice & fitted us in to have our sick cat euphanized. Extremely compassionate & empathetic, talked us through the whole proceedure and where absolutely brilliant!

Lovely warm welcome from the reception team and the nursing team were really kind and up to speed with being cat friendly when handling my 16 year old cat for his blood tests and to have his blood pressure taken. The vet Jennifer gave excellent care and discussed my options taking into consideration what was cost affective and realist for an older cat. Excellent service as always. Thank you!

Our chihuahua Nacho took ill over a weekend & was taken from Harleigh Vets in Bodmin over to Pelyn in Lostwithiel for a stint in ‘intensive care’. The team at Lostwithiel were nothing short of incredible. A truly horrible & traumatic few days where we were beside ourselves with worry was met with compassion, understanding & above all outstanding care to Nacho. He was treated like an absolute prince, nothing was too much trouble, we were even allowed to visit out of hours. We had regular updates on how he was getting on as well as detailed medical updates but explained in a way our frazzled minds could understand, not with jargon. Even when the wonderful vets & nursing staff had ensured he was well enough to come home to us, we were given a care sheet with how to look after him, what medicines to administer & when, a follow up appointment & a helpline number should he take a turn. I cannot thank all of the wonderful vets & nursing staff enough for looking after him so well, we are so grateful to have him home again

I had to bring my cat rubble in as he had been run over and he couldn't walk on his back leg he did have to have his leg amputated. The care and love he got from everyone at the clinic was amazing he's now home adjusting to having three legs.
